dear anchal followers:
sorry for the delay!  en route to jaipur we were unexpectedly redirected to udayan, anoothi/vatsalya’s chidlrens village, where we stayed for 2 wonderful (chilly!) nights. udayan is a home for rescued  street children run by our new partner and it was inspiring to see the love and care extended to 60 children ages 3-18. above are a few pictures of the facilities.

colleen and i celebrated our reunion after many months as bunk mates in the women’s dorm.  i read while she practiced her stitches in preparation for the workshop days ahead 😉
